Unity Loader offers the following functionalities: Ability to download / load projects and project data for Quantum PLC platforms via Modbus or Modbus TCP protocol.
Ability to download / upload projects and project data for Premium API platforms via Unitelway protocol.
Unity Loader also offers the possibility of using the UlUmas.exe command line interface for the Quantum and Premium PLC platforms. Ability to download / upload projects and project data for Modicon M340, M580 and Momentum PLC platforms via USB or Ethernet connection.
Firmware download capability for Modicon M340, M580 and Momentum PLC platforms or Modicon X80 and eX80 modules that integrate firmware (e.g. Ethernet, Analog, Motion). Update both a CPU firmware and the project with a single memory card: – A firmware update can be stored on the M340 memory card to be downloaded later in another hardware configuration.
Automated and transparent use of Unity Loader: – Third party software can run Unity Loader services via a batch file. New features of Unity Loader V14.0:
- Compatibility with Control Expert V14.0.
- Firmware download support for additional devices by updating device profiles (eg BME NOC 0321 module).
- Support of application transfer for additional devices by updating device profiles (for example BMX NOC 040x and BME NOC 03×1 modules).
- Further enhancements to cybersecurity protection through reduction of potential vulnerabilities.
